This site is maintained by Paul Westbrook, a Fairview resident since 1996. I believe that our town government has tilted too heavily toward subsidizing development. These developments drive additional needs for town staff, police, firefighters, and facilities. The cost for additional personnel and facilities is primarily paid via our residential property taxes, which have increased dramatically. I am interested in sound fiscal management.
